This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge, and delicious breakfasts. I remember when the staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I’m coming back for Christmas.

lack of gesture

i had high expectations, yet my experience at this so-called 'hotel' was just disappointing. the rooms were unreasonably hot, and dealing with the temperature control was an unneeded hassle. to top it off, i expected a complimentary gesture or something upon arrival, but no such luck. almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Our stay was highlighted by the cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast with homemade jams. The lounge with the fireplace became our favorite evening retreat after hikes.

However, the temperature control in the room was tricky at first, and the WiFi connection was inconsistent, pushing us to the lounge for better service.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in a clean and comfortable room, perfect for our family. The decor in the dining area, featuring photos of climbers on Mt. Fitzroy, was captivating. The kids loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace in the lobby after our hiking adventures with my niece.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for younger kids.
